C. S. Lewis Institute

Several of our members are actively involved in the C.S. Lewis Institute, which is rich in resources and training for Christians who want to enhance and solidify their lives from a Christian worldview standpoint.

Men's Ministry

“Men’s Master Builders” meets for breakfast and in-depth Bible study with a focus on men’s issues at 9 a.m. on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month

The Table

Gathers Monthly Centers around sharing a meal Involves 10-20 people Offers a casual, inviting atmosphere Provides time to talk and “hang out” Includes a diverse mix of people—single, married, and intergenerational.

THRIVE Women's Ministry

“THRIVE” for women seeking in-depth Bible study, fellowship, fun, outreach ministries, meets September-July, 9-10:30 a.m. on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month. Breakfast included.

Women's Circle Groups

There are two Women's Circle Groups that meet for a Bible study based on material provided by the Women of the ELCA...

SMALL GROUP MINISTRY

They committed themselves to the teaching of the apostles, the life together, the common meal, and the prayers ... And all the believers lived in a wonderful harmony, holding everything in common. (Acts 2:42, 44)

Small Groups follow the Biblical model in Acts 2. The early church gave themselves to study, teaching, fellowship, the breaking of bread, and prayer. And they gave to one another as they had need. Because of this commitment, they added to their numbers daily. It's clear that God blesses us when we meet together, fellowship together, study together—share life together.

Small Groups are:

Spiritual communities where people share their thoughts, feelings, struggles, and joys, while applying Biblical principles in their lives. Small Groups grow in trusting relationships, and participants agree what is shared will remain confidential and differences of opinions are respected. Small Groups are spiritual communities where life transformation occurs through the love and Word of God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, in relationships with His people.

Reasons to Join a Small Group:

· You will understand the Bible better in a small group.

· You will begin to really feel like part of God’s family.

· Prayer will become more meaningful to you.

· You will be able to handle times of crisis, change, and stress better.

· You will have a natural way to share Christ with friends, relatives, and work associates.

· You will develop leadership skills you never knew you had!

· You will deepen your understanding of worship.

· You will have fellowship, laughter, and fun
